With our prescription they can be purchased at any better pharmacy.<\/p>\n<h2>Minoxidil<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/poliklinikapantovcak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/minoxidil.jpg\" width=\"384\" height=\"385\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-831 alignnone size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/poliklinikapantovcak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/minoxidil.jpg 384w, https:\/\/poliklinikapantovcak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/minoxidil-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/poliklinikapantovcak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/minoxidil-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 384px) 100vw, 384px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Minoxidil (Rogaine, Regaine, Pilfud) exists as a 2% solution for women and 5% solution for men. Minoxidil dilates blood vessels around hair follicles which increases the flow of nutrients and thus the growth of hair. It should be used as soon as possible; the best candidates are those who have thinning hair but have not completely lost hair.<\/p>\n<p>The drug is rubbed into the scalp 2 times a day, 1 ml in the morning and in the evening. In a small number of patients it may lead to a re-growth of hair while in 80% of patients it is possible to slow hair loss. It must be used for six months to see improvement. Side effects are rare, but usually, it is irritation, dryness of the scalp, and fingers used to rub in the substance.<\/p>\n<h2>Finasterid<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/poliklinikapantovcak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/propecia.jpg\" width=\"304\" height=\"166\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-836 alignnone size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/poliklinikapantovcak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/propecia.jpg 304w, https:\/\/poliklinikapantovcak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/propecia-300x164.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 304px) 100vw, 304px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/poliklinikapantovcak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Proscar.jpg\" width=\"264\" height=\"264\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-841 alignnone size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/poliklinikapantovcak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Proscar.jpg 264w, https:\/\/poliklinikapantovcak.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Proscar-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 264px) 100vw, 264px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Finasteride (Propecia, Proscar) inhibits the type II 5 \u03b1-reductase, the enzyme that converts testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT). It can stop hair loss. In 80% \u2013 90% of patients it slows or even stops hair loss in androgenic alopecia. A small number of patients observe the thickening of hair in the crown area.<\/p>\n<p>The recommended dose is 1 mg per day. Progress is seen after 3-6 months. In some patients, in the first few months of use, the side effect is decreased libido (sexual desire).
